The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) is set to launch three new residential schemes on May 12, 2025. These schemes include Ganga Vihar, Yamuna Vihar, and Saraswati Vihar, offering a total of 765 residential plots aimed at providing affordable housing options. Online applications for these plots will be available starting May 13, 2025. The initiative focuses on catering to the needs of the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Low-Income Group (LIG) categories.

Below Are the New JDA Scheme#
- Ganga Vihar Residential Plot Scheme#
Ganga Vihar Residential Plot Scheme is developed by JDA in Zone-13. It is located in Village Bassi, Jaipur, with Khasra numbers 1629, 1630, and 1631. The reserve price is Rs. 14,000 per square meter. There are different categories for allotment. For EWS (Economically Weaker Section), the allotment price is 50% of the reserve price, and their annual income should be up to Rs. 3,00,000. For LIG (Lower Income Group), it is 80% of the reserve price, and their income should be between Rs. 3,00,001 to Rs. 6,00,000. MIG-A (Middle Income Group) will pay the full price with an income range of Rs. 6,00,001 to Rs. 12,00,000.
- Yamuna Vihar Residential Plot Scheme#
The Yamuna Vihar Residential Plot Scheme is developed by JDA in Zone 14. It is located in the Village of Kathwala and Jhujharpura, Tehsil Chaksu. The reserve price is Rs. 15,500 per square meter. Different categories are there for allotment. For EWS (Economically Weaker Section), the allotment price is 50% of the reserve price, with an income limit of Rs. 3,00,000. For LIG (Lower Income Group), it is 80% of the reserve price, and the income range is Rs. 3,00,001 to Rs. 6,00,000. MIG-A pays 100% of the reserve price, with an income range of Rs. 6,00,001 to Rs. 12,00,000. MIG-B pays 105%, and HIG pays 110% with higher income ranges.
- Saraswati Vihar Residential Plot Scheme#
The Saraswati Vihar Residential Plot Scheme is in Zone 12, developed by JDA. It is located in Village Benadmai, Daulatpura Tehsil, Rampura Dabri. The reserve price is Rs. 11,000 per square meter. For the EWS category, the allotment price is 50% of the reserve price, and the annual income should be up to Rs. 3,00,000. LIG pays 80%, MIG-A pays 100%, MIG-B pays 105%, and HIG pays 110% of the reserve price. The registration amount varies from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 50,000 depending on the category.

Online Registration#
To do online registration, follow these below mentioned steps:
Step 1: All the eligible residents of Jaipur State, you have to visit the official website of JDA (Jaipur Development Authority) at the JDA Website to register.

Step 2: You will reach the homepage of the official website, where you will see these three new schemes. You have to click on the “Proceed” button on any one of them as per your choice.
Step 3: You will now be directed to another page, where you will see the details of the particular scheme.
Step 4: Now, click on the “Apply for Registration” button. You will now be moved to another page, where you have to enter the Applicant Name, Mobile number, and click on the “Send OTP” button.
Step 5: You will receive the OTP on your registered mobile number, enter this OTP in the blank Space and click on the “Submit” button to proceed further.
Step 6: The Registration form will appear on your screen. Now you have to fill out the registration form carefully with the required details in the form.
Step 7: Now, attach the relevant documents as instructed in the form to complete the form, and check the form carefully.
Step 8: You can pay the process and registration fees using options like Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, etc.
Step 9: Review the form before submitting it, and when you have checked the form, click on the “Submit” button to complete the registration process.
Step 10: You will receive the registration number after submitting the form. Keep it safe with you for future use.
